Ardelle Griswold 85 of Temple died January 31, 2010 at 2:25 AM in Manor Care Health Services, Muhlenberg Township.

She was the wife of Robert L. Griswold.

Born in Reading she was a daughter of the late Paul and Kathryn (Eddinger) Deist.

A graduate of Muhlenberg Township High School and the Reading Hospital School of Nursing, she was employed as a registered nurse last working at the former Leader Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Muhlenberg Township.

Other survivors include 4 sons Jeffrey Wolfe and his wife Kathleen and Timothy Wolfe and his wife Jean, both of Exeter Township, Douglas Wolfe and his wife Brenda of Franklin, TN and Steven Wolfe and his wife Julie of Ridgefield, CT. There are 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and 1 brother Donald Deist and his wife Patricia of Reading.

She was predeceased by a brother Robert Deist.

According to her wishes she will be cremated with a private graveside memorial service at Forest Hills Memorial Park to be scheduled at a later date.
